First close your eyes. Take a few really deep breaths in. Feel how that air feels coming in through your nose. Breathe out fully. Breathe in again. Breathe out. So you’re focusing your thoughts on just your breathing. But now I’m going to ask you just to begin in very slow motion to begin to move and stretch your body in the most pleasurable ways you can. We do this with 500 people in the audience so we have people close their eyes so they don’t feel embarrassed.
What you’re doing is that you’re creating a deep sense of relaxation. You’re looking for the most pleasurable sensations and feelings. And then I ask you just to come back into the present moment. Listen to the sounds, the wind, the rustling of the leaves, the sound of your own breathing.
