– Hello achievers. Today, I'd like to show you something that is very important for me. It is to help you to be happy and to enjoy your path to your success and it is something you know but something you maybe have to listen to again. It is how you sleep, and I'd like to show you what I am doing today and the last days. You know, because I'm in the US, I live in France so it's an amazing and huge challenge to build my business in the US and I have my goal, you know my goal. I will be one of the most famous speakers in the world before the next two years. Amazing challenge. And I have to learn English, make a network, build the new ability to speak English, but I mean as speaker, share stories and learn how his mindset– I have a lot of things to do. Lot and lots of things to do. So, I'm here in the US, it costs me a lot, several hundred dollars each night to do the interviews here, and I work a lot. I don't sleep a lot, and I was tired and my body sends me signal to tell me, hello, I am important so take care about me; take care of me, I don't know. And I tried yesterday to sleep more, to go to sleep early and to wake up late. I don't know how to say that. And it is changing a lot of things; my energy, my happiness, the way I'm communicating with Julie, my girlfriend, and the way my perception of my life, of the challenges, of the difficulties and everything. I am doing that because the most important thing for me is my happiness. I want to succeed, I have my challenge, but my first goal is to be happy in the path. So, how do you sleep? And can you sleep more or can you sleep well? What can you change about how you sleep? It is my own wake up call today, how I am sleeping. Just think about that and see you tomorrow. Bye.
