– Hello, it's David Laroche, good morning! We have the night or me but you will wake up and you will open your eyes to a new life, and I just want to share with you some things today. Our life is amazing. We can do so amazing things in this world and I just would like to remember something about the ability to feel gratitude. You know in this world every book on self-confidence, on self-esteem, on self-improvement, self-growth says you have to feel gratitude. But why? How can I do that? I don't know the process, I don't know the recipe to do that. And I would like to give you one tool today to feel gratitude. Just two questions. What is the reason– what do you have in your life about your relationship that you can have gratitude for? For example, just close your eyes. As you listen to me just close your eyes and remember who you have in your life today and maybe your sisters, brothers and children or parents, husband or wife, partners and just think about them. And you can make a picture of them and just remember some time with them. The more you will be able to focus on seeing the people you love in your life the more you will feel gratitude because do you like them? Do you love them? If you don't feel gratitude you can start to ask yourself, okay, do you want to lose them? No, so do you want to keep them in your life? And the more I do that in the morning, the more I remember that I am so grateful to have my mother in my life, to have my father in my life. And it can be dead people. You can have gratitude to have had your grandfather in your life, maybe for 10 days, but it was an amazing relationship and you learned so much and you learned may be to open your heart. I don't know. It can be a past relationship, but you can have gratitude for that. And the other thing I do is, I train myself to see the world as someone who gets back his ability to see. Someone blind who gets back the ability to see. Just imagine that today you wake up and for the past 10 years, you were blind. Just imagine how you can wake up if you were blind and you open your eyes and you see, you see the life, you see your husband or your wife, your children. You see your body, you see you in the mirror, you see food, how you will be happy. And it's amazing to go in the internet and to see videos of people who are getting back senses. I remember a video on TED of someone who got back her ability to hear and it is [gasps] when you see the movie it's wow because it's kind of a– she cries and she laughs. Amazing thing to see world as a gift and it's not easy. Sometimes I wake up and I [urgh] too early and I think tomorrow morning it will be like that, I don't know. No, I decided to put my feet on the floor and decide to have gratitude. And it's okay if I don't because I don't do that because David Laroche has done it. I do that because I can feel the difference in my day when I do that. I can feel how I'm different with my girlfriend when I'm doing that. I do that for that, just for that. A lot of that but it's the only word I know today. Feel gratitude and bye.
