– Hello this is David Laroche, founder of DavidLarocheWorld.com. Welcome in your new wake up call, daily inspiration to go the next level. Today I would like to show you four tips to achieve what you want in your life, to achieve your goal. So you will discover the four Ps of success. The first P is precision. So if you are precise in what you want, and if you focus on the details, you will be able to have exactly what you want. So what do you want precisely in your life? And you can hear me and listen to me with the question, and you can also take time today to ask yourself and wonder yourself, “What do I want, precisely?” If I take the example of money, what is the exact amount of money you want for each month, for example? If I deal with self-confidence, for me, what is self-confidence in one year, for example? And I can say let’s consider I’m able to speak with 10 unknown people when I am in the street. It is a precise goal. My second P is positive. I will be positive when I decide what is my goal. For example, I will not say I don’t want to be stressful. I will say I want to be more self-confident. I will not say for example I want to stop something because my brain and your brain don’t understand what you want to stop. If I say to you, “Stop!” Your brain stops, and it’s not helping your brain to helping you to achieve what you want. So what is the positive form of your goal? If you want to stop something, what do you want to do, what do you want to have, what will you, I don’t know how to say that so, what is the benefits for you if you stop something? The third P is present. I say my goal and I write for my goal in a present term. I not say, “I will have money, ” I say, “I have $10,000, ” for example. I’m not saying, “I will be able to speak English in two years,” I’m saying I speak from…let’s take a date. We are in 2014. The first of October of 2014 I will be able to speak fluently when I’m doing a speech, okay? Sorry, it’s my mistake. The first of October of 2014, I am speaking fluently in English, and you can see the difference in my voice. When I’m talking about the future, it’s not now, so it’s in the future. I can wait for it. But if I’m saying in the present, my brain give the order it’s now, it begins now, okay? The fourth P, it’s patient. I want to have goals about my patient, what I love, because if I focus on something that I don’t love, I will not have the energy to achieve it. Speaking is a patient. Helping people to develop their self-confidence is a patient. Helping you to grow and do what you don’t do before, it’s a patient, and it’s amazing for me because the fact I’m speaking in a foreign country, I am representing possibilities. I am taking action without being perfect. And if I’m able to do that, you are able to do that. So it’s possible and it begins now. See you tomorrow. ♪ [music] ♪
